Made to Order: All our objects are made especially for you and require care and skill to create. As soon as you have placed your order we will contact you to confirm the amount of time it will take to be made. We deliver worldwide. Timeline guide: Larger pieces take up to 12 weeks; smaller items take roughly two weeks. Sometimes we have pieces in stock so it is always worth contacting us to check.
Dispatch timings: Once the item is ready, we aim to dispatch it by courier as soon as possible at an appropriate time.
Delivery charges: All the delivery costs have been kept to a minimum for mainland UK postal addresses - we would prefer you to spend your money on purchasing a beautiful one off piece than pay a fortune on getting it to you. The cost will appear at the end of the ordering process. Please note, there may be variations on some delivery prices thanks to the weight and size of each piece and the quantities ordered.
Payment and cancellation: Because the items are being made especially for you, we take full payment up front either online or by telephone. We would love you to make sure you feel really comfortable with what you are getting before you place an order.
